1. Commissions & Payments
All bespoke mineral floral art requires a 50% non-refundable deposit upon design freeze. We don't start the curation until the bedrock of our agreement—the payment—is cleared. Final balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled release from our Enniskillen studio.
2. The Fragility Clause
Mineral specimens like Malachite or Amethyst clusters are heavy. Flowers are delicate. We're masters of the bond, but once the piece leaves our 1 Drumkeen Road premises, the custody of care shifts. We provide specialized stability guides for every bespoke piece.
